What is the warranty?

Every Cargo Bike is covered under our manufacturer's one-year limited warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Ferla Family Bikes warrants this product, including all individual components, against defects in material or workmanship. 

What will Ferla do to correct a problem with my bike?

Any damaged components that are covered under warranty will be replaced completely free of charge. We will assist you in replacing any defective part.

What is not covered?

Items that are classified as consumables (parts designed to wear out over time) are not covered under warranty. Parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, batteries, spokes, etc. are classified as consumables. We do carry all of these parts in-house, so you are able to purchase them directly from us.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs for all Cargo Bikes in the continental United States is a flat rate of $300. 

If you live in a limited access area (an island that requires a ferry, for example) there may be an additional shipping charge. 

Please inquire about international shipping, as we may have to apply an additional charge.

International shipments may be subject to customs, taxes and import fees as well as regulatory documents required by your country. These are the total responsibility of the customer, and you should enlist the services of a local customs broker to assist you in importing your bike. In some cases, Ferla Bikes may only be able to deliver to the nearest port, and you will need to arrange pickup or inland delivery from the port yourself.

Shipping Time

In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days* once the order is placed. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. 

Hawaii: We do ship to Hawaii. Please contact us directly at info@ferlabikes.com to get a custom shipping quote.

AlaskaWe do ship to Alaska. Please contact us directly at info@ferlabikes.com to get a custom shipping quote.

*Special circumstances such as high volume, new product releases, or restock days may create longer shipping time. If this is the case, we will clearly state on the product page and send a follow up reminder via email

What is your return policy?

Due to the large size of our cargo bikes and the associated freight costs, all sales of cargo bikes are final. We are not able to offer a refund or credit. Of course, if the bike is damaged in shipping or defective in some way, please contact us right away and we'll take care of you. Unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days. Contact us at info@ferlabikes.com if you have any concerns with your order.


Special Requests

Fully Assembled Cargo Bike

Can you assemble the bike for me?

Yes, let us do the hard work for you!

With the assembly package, we deal with the headache so you can get back to what you love, your family! With this option, the bike comes to you fully assembled– all you need to do is unpack. This service costs an additional $300.

With Assembly Package: Please allow us 4-10 business days for your bike to ship once you have placed an order. Once shipped, it typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation once your bike has been shipped fully assembled.


Payments & Financing

Do you have any financing or payment plans?

Yes, we offer financing through Klarna, so you can shop now and pay later. 


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout provided by Shopify. We also accept bank transfer, check, and offer payment plans through Klarna.

Can I track my order?
